Hera International Workshop 2022

The International Workshop devoted to the Hera mission, under development at ESA for launch in 2024 to the binary asteroid Didymos, will take place in person in Nice on May 30-June 3, 2022, at the Hôtel Saint-Paul. 

All colleagues involved or interested in this mission, as well as the NASA DART one, in the framework of the AIDA cooperation, are welcome to join.

The program will cover all aspects of the mission (modeling of impacts, dynamical and physical properties; observations; spacecraft, cubesats and payload developments; data analysis). Future announcementswill provide more detailed information and how to register. This will also be the occasion for an event at the Côte d’Azur Observatory celebrating the development of Hera, as such an event was not possible after the mission approval, when the pandemic started.
